ENGINEERING SERVICES

Our engineering services use raw data,available space and production requirements to develop a design concept.This concept is used to create mechanical and electrical Auto-CAD drawings;thusensuring accuracy.A virtual picture can be created to provide an accurate representation of the project.All original drawings are saved in our electronic library for future reference.

PLATING LINE DESIGN&FABRICATION

The design goal is a time proven design which is to create a modern system that exceeds production requirements while taking into account future flexibility,data recording,operator and maintenance friendly with consideration of waste minimization and water conservation.The fabrication department will meet the most stringent of quality demands.We custom design and manufacture tanks,walkways and platforms,equipment support systems, exhaust systems,process line enclosures,hoists and complete process lines.

FIELD SERVICES

Our field service personnel will repair,replace tanks or tank liners, check automatic plating machines,repair or replace exhaust systems or provide new operating programs.Our stuff are available 24 hours a day to work around production schedules.
