Pulse bag dust collector is developed based on the research on the composition and properties of zinc fume,combined with years of experience in the actual hot-dip galvanizing industry,targeting high viscosity ultrafine dust in the hot-dip galvanizing industry.In the design process,we particularly emphasize segmented and modular design,combining with a large amount of design and operation experience of similar projects to analyze the similarities and differences between this project and other projects.We use modular combination method under the allowable conditions of the site.

We have negative pressure,fixed pipe spray,and external filter bag dust collectors.This equipment mainly consists of filter bag room,blowing and cleaning device,inlet and exhaust air duct,ash hopper,compressed air system,electrical control device,valves,protection system,control system and other component.
